Energy is the lifeblood of buildings. REG supports efficient building design with energy analysis projects that range from quick estimates to detailed computerized simulations. We use the widely recognized Energy-10 and DOE-2 programs, and supplement the results when necessary with post-processing tools of our own design, based on physics and experience. Energy estimates help:

•Inform design decisions such as HVAC system selection and fuel choice

•Allow accurate economic projections of payback, ROI, or life-cycle cost

•Support LEED Energy and Atmosphere credit application—often a mission-critical element of LEED certification
